Description:

The project involves the installation of a comprehensive curtainwall façade system, encompassing a total area of 6,840 sqm of unitized structural glazed curtainwall. Additionally, we will implement 3,407 sqm of strip glazing in a semi-unitized structural format to enhance natural lighting. To ensure safety and compliance with fire regulations, we will install 5,000 sqm of smoke seals throughout the façade. The project also includes the installation of 318 tophung openable vents, providing natural ventilation while maintaining façade integrity. Furthermore, vertical and horizontal fins covering 3,220 sqm will be added for both structural support and aesthetic appeal. We will supply and install durable aluminium framed doors, ensuring security at access points, alongside 2,307 sqm of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) cladding for weather resistance and visual enhancement. Lastly, 600 sqm of glass railings will be installed to enhance safety and offer unobstructed views, all while adhering to local building codes.
