Description: The project encompasses the installation of various façade elements, beginning with 3,800 sqm of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) cladding, which will enhance the building’s aesthetic and provide durability. Additionally, we will install 600 sqm of aluminium perforated mesh, contributing to both design and ventilation requirements. A semi-unitized curtain wall system covering 500 sqm will be integrated into the design, ensuring structural integrity and energy efficiency. To complete the façade system, 1,600 sqm of galvanized iron (GI) flashing will be installed to provide weatherproofing and protect against water intrusion.
