Description: The project involves the installation of various façade systems, starting with a unitized system covering 5,150 sqm, designed for efficiency and performance. We will also implement an 815 sqm semi-unitized system to enhance the building’s exterior. In addition, 515 sqm of frameless glass work will be incorporated to create a sleek, modern aesthetic. The installation of sliding windows, totaling 50 sqm, will provide functionality and ease of use. Furthermore, we will install 550 sqm of spider glazing with a fin system, contributing to both structural support and visual appeal. The project will also feature 850 sqm of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) cladding and 850 sqm of High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) cladding, both offering durability and weather resistance.
