The project involves the execution of integrated façade works comprising 5600 sqm of unitized façade systems, including the use of curved spandrel glass panels to meet architectural design requirements. The scope also includes 2,200 sqm of openable window systems and 1,060 sqm of casement windows, providing functional ventilation solutions within the façade. In addition, 350 sqm of ACP panel cladding has been completed to achieve the desired external finish. The overall façade works have been delivered in line with project specifications, quality standards, and architectural intent.
