Description: The project encompasses a diverse range of façade and architectural features, beginning with the installation of a semi-unitized glazing system covering 1,000 sqm, designed for optimal performance and aesthetics. Additionally, we will supply and install five aluminium framed doors to ensure secure and accessible entry points. A capped curtain wall system of 500 sqm will also be implemented, providing an elegant finish while maintaining structural integrity. The project includes 1,600 sqm of aluminium solid sheet cladding for durability and weather resistance, as well as two glass canopies, one at 1,600 sqm and another at 1,800 sqm, to enhance the building’s entrance and outdoor spaces. We will incorporate 200 sqm of aluminium expanded mesh, which will add visual interest and ventilation. The design will be further accentuated with 450 sqm of aluminium horizontal features and 1,000 sqm of aluminium vertical louvers, providing sun shading and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, 900 sqm of aluminium Z louvers will be installed for enhanced functionality. A skylight spanning 1,600 sqm will bring natural light into the interior spaces, while 500 sqm of GI sheet cladding will provide additional weatherproofing. Finally, 1,500 sqm of granite cladding will enhance the building’s exterior with its natural beauty, complemented by 400 sqm of false ceiling cladding for a polished interior finish.
