Description: The project involves the installation of several façade elements, starting with 2,000 sqm of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) cladding, which will provide both durability and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we will incorporate 50 sqm of aluminium perforated sheets, enhancing ventilation while adding visual interest. A further 500 sqm of aluminium sheets will be installed for structural support and protection. The project will also include 50 metric tons of structural steel work to ensure robust framework and stability. To address bird protection, we will install 200 sqm of stainless steel bird string and 150 sqm of bird mesh. Signage boards totaling 200 sqm will be integrated into the design for effective wayfinding and branding. Moreover, we will implement 100 units of aluminium Z louvers for sun shading, alongside the supply and installation of 120 sqm of louvers to enhance functionality.
