INFRASTRUCTURE
State of the Art infrastructure embellishes the quality at DESTEL and while executing the Projects efficiency and excellence remain at the fore. The Fabrication Plant is located at Taloja, close to Mumbai for manifesting faster and prompt delivery of materials. Taloja Plant encompasses high end machinery from LGF - Italy the world leader for Aluminium profiling products. Also, DESTEL has a large warehouse for the storage of glass sheets and raw materials with a fleet of customized delivery trucks for smoother delivery. Also, with expanded Plant the company is gearing towards new dimensions of success, harnessing the virtues of passion, innovation and progression.
DESIGN
During the project’s design phase, we advise architects and clients to develop optimal solutions corresponding to the aesthetic idea and budgetary constraints. Throughout the project we process the buildings tachometric data to produce all necessary design documentations for approval, material requirements, manufacturing and facade installation. All work is performed by qualified engineers utilizing professional CAD and technical equipment and is executed with great.

MANUFACTURING
DESTEL manufacturing plant at Taloja, has multiple production lines equipped for: aluminum processing, utilizing technology; processing of composite panels; cutting, bending, welding, sheet and section in various materials such as SS MS, etc. All stages of production are accompanied by quality control systems, enabling flawless manufacturing.
INSTALLATION
The installation of our structures is performed throughout by professional staff. Our highly-qualified and experienced engineering team supervises the installation process and performs quality control and safety tests. The entire project is controlled individually by the assigned project manager who liaises with the architects and clients.

Structural Glazing – Fully Unitized, Semi Unitized & Curtain Wall Glazing
Structural glazing is a system of bonding glass to a building's structural frame. Destel designs & installs fully, semi unitized systems & curtain wall glazing. We conduct thorough wind load testing & other structural tests to ensure complete safety of the glass curtains for mid-size and high-rise towers.
Point Supported Glazing, Spider Glazing
Spider Glazing is a modern solution for exterior bolted glass assemblies which secure the glazing to a structure by point ˜Xing. DESTEL uses high grade stainless steel which is specially designed to absorb all the static & dynamic load and varying weather conditions. VS-1 is a new type of curtain wall – a mullion only system where the glass is held away from the mullion so the glass wall visually ‘floats 'it's highly engineered simplicity delivers remarkable aesthetics for architects, developers and building owners.
Ventilated Facades
